At Angel's Sword Guild Shop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your item, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it remains in its original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our guild artisans inspect the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
